Are you making any resources available free of charge?
Yes, there will always be sample resources for you to download for free and use with your children at home or in the classroom. We want to engage as many children with science and inspire their interest. We will occasionally make some of our new resources available for no charge at points during the year.
How can I use the STEM article subscription in my classroom?
Each article comes in two child friendly formats, which are aimed at different reading ages. Alongside each article you will find comprehension questions and further research based tasks. They provide cross curricula links between science and literacy.
How can I use the STEM article subscription at home?
These articles will engage young learners in the world around them and spark an interest in science and technology. Reading has been shown to be one of the most important elements of future success. Giving your child an understanding of science, in a well written and easy to read format, will give your children an edge over their peers.
Are they linked to the science curriculum?
Each resource contains links to the UK science curriculum which is covered at Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3.
Are Ink saving versions available?
Yes, ink saving versions of each resource are available, alongside a high resolution and low resolution version of each resource.
Are resources compatible with online learning platforms?
Yes, our resources are in a format which makes them easy to upload onto all major online platforms including Google Classroom, Showbie, Microsoft Teams etc.
